A solid 5/5 for this amazing vet!
Our little 10 month old Italian Greyhound visited Sai Vet on 18/05/25 and we were supported with a very professional and confident veterinarian who assisted with a nail injury faultlessly, allowing both our puppy and selves to feel safe and supported. Thanks very much for your service. Fully recommend this place.

I was so thankful that I was assisted by Rosie, I am autistic and really struggle keeping it together when I am anxious. She was calm and direct as well as the two vets I spoke with, they were also very clear and caring about supporting my dog. I would recommend anybody to go to this clinic for emergency care of their pet.

This is the best vets I have been too really lovely care vet who give a good rate to people on a pension which is so important as it’s stressful when your pet needs a vet brilliant thank you all my pet will now go here

This was my first visit since moving to this area.
I met Dr. Ann Kim and he kindly explained it in detail. It was convenient because it was a gap-only hospital. However, since it is an emergency hospital, you may have to wait a while even if you make a reservation for an urgent surgery.
First visit since we have moved the area for my2cats. Dr Ann Kim was very helpful and explained well. Every staff were very friendly and kind aswell. Also this vet is the place we use GAP ONLY with pet insurance. Very convenient and highly recommend. Thanks

I would like to thank to the hospital team for looking after my little cat. I couldn’t feel more secure to leave my cat there for the night. The doctor explained what my cat condition was with pictures and recommended me treatment for the short and long term. I was so impressed how quickly they treated her and did emergency surgery. I appreciate it. Thank you all 🐈♥️

About three months ago we needed an emergency vet for my Rottweiler, tried around my area but he was dealt like an alien dog, while he’s an absolute gentle giant. Thankfully we ended up with Sai Vet, All of them including the receptionist, nurses and doctors have compassion, excellent communication skills, adaptability, strong clinical knowledge, patience, empathy, the ability to make quick decisions. Yesterday he had his ligament surgery, he was well taken care off. I would highly recommend them, my dog is always looked after very well in the care.
